Skitch: Snap, Draw, Share!
Permalink 5 Posted in: Software UsefulWorking on a mac is a incredible experience, especially, if you were Win user for many years as I was. At first you can't believe how smooth and great is working with Mac OSX.
One of the great things that I like, are applications. There are lots of apps that are free and they do awesome job. So, if you don't know for Skitch, you've got 5 seconds to install it, 4, 3, 2, 1.

Mac OSX built in features
If you didn’t know, Mac OSX has built in feature to take a screenshot of screen or application. Default commands are command+shift+4 (select area) and command+shift+3 (all screen). If this isn’t working, maybe you have this feature turned off. So go to System prefences / Keyboard and mouse / Keyboard shortcuts
Or you can use Skitch!

Very nice, I’m using plugin for Firefox that has similar function like Skitch - Fireshot - mainly for sshoting various web pages for later review, inspiration, design elements, ...

Hi! yes, I heard of it, lots of people are using it! It’s a great plugin for Firefox.
This app is for more “general” use, not only with web pages, but I will try FireShot!
