Fancy calendar 2008

One thing that I always wanted to do, was my own calendar. So this year, I've made it. But, that wasn't so easy, because, first, I needed to choose the right format for it, will it be for the wall, or for the table, which format is great for your office or for home use? I decided which format I'm going to use, 210x95mm was great choice.

But that wasn't all, big "problem" were photos. How to choose best of thousands of photos. I tried to make some month selection. Hope that I did it right. All photos are mine and you can find them at www.davorphotos.com. I've made like 25 calendars, something like “special edition” he-he. It's made on two languages, Croatian and Spanish.

Some technical data

I did the printing on Xerox DocuColor 5000. Not so great digital press machine, but it's cheap.

Paper

The calendar has only two types of paper, one for printing, and the other one I used like cardboard (holder).

For printing: Couché 250gr/m2 matt
Holder paper: Blazer blu 238gr/m2

Why don’t you put a PDF version of the calendar in the download section of your site?

Thanx, I saw later, that I had a few “better” photos, but, I’ll use it next year.. thanx

Hi puzz, well, first, I made this calendar for promotional purposes, lots of people asked me, will I sell it, but it has my name and contact information, so, I can’t “sell” it. But, your recommendation is good, I will think about it, and post a comment here.
